How Soon May I receive my item(s)?
We ship as soon as payment is received and attach confirmation of delivery so that the package can be tracked by you. Usually 2-4 business days.

We accept Google Checkout, PayPal and United States Postal Service Money orders.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns only on electronic items if they do not work as described upon receipt. They must be returned in original packaging before refund is issued. Refunds do not include shipping and handling. All other items do not have a return policy, all items are described as accurately as possible with flaws and details mentioned. We ask that you contact us with any questions you may have regarding any product we carry before you purchase. We have excellent feedback and encourage our potential customers to view the feedback for added assurance.

Can I have a gift shipped to a different address other than billing address?
Yes and we offer gift wrapping as well so if you contact us before purchase we can give you a list of wrapping paper ideas.

Yes, we will not sell or give your information out to anyone.

We will combine shipping for multiple items to help save you money. You can contact us for a new quote.

Do you accept custom design requests?
Please feel free to contact me with any custom design requests. Production time will vary depending on the project requested. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to beginning the crafting with the remaining balance due upon completion. Custom designs are non-refundable.

Can you do a particular design in another metal?
Most of our pieces can be done in Sterling silver, copper, brass and gold. The prices vary depending on which metal is requested and not all pieces can be done in all metals. Please fee free to ask about any design.

Can bracelet sizes be adjusted?
Yes, most of the chainmaille bracelets can be adjusted to fit larger and smaller wrists. Please contact us before purchasing to inquire about adjusting a size and we can confirm an adjustment for you. Please note that there is no additional charge for decreasing a size nor increasing a size up to one inch bigger. If the increase in size exceeds one inch, there could be an additional charge for materials, depending on available supplies and material type used.
